At Winter Timber Outdoors, we want you to be fully satisfied with your premium outdoor gear and apparel. To start a return, please click HERE.
We accept returns on unused, unaltered outdoor products in their original packaging with all accompanying manuals, instructions, and accessories. Please try on your hiking boots or outdoor shoes indoors and with the socks you intend to wear before going outside. Once the tags are removed and the shoes are worn outside, they will not be accepted for a return. Outdoor clothing and apparel must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with the tags still attached to be eligible for return.
If a product (other than a firearm) is defective, we will accept it with a detailed explanation of the defect, subject to validation upon receipt. Guns and firearms cannot be returned to Winter Timber Outdoors. Factory New Guns should be returned directly to the manufacturer for warranty claims. Used, obsolete, and military surplus guns are sold as-is with no express or implied warranty and cannot be returned. Guns refused by the FFL dealer, or which cannot be transferred due to a failed background check, will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Due to safety considerations and legal/regulatory reasons, ammunition, suppressors/silencers, firearms, gun powder, primers, 80% lower receivers/frames, receiver blanks, receiver flats, pistol braces, and hunting treestands may not be returned. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise. Final sale or clearance items are not eligible for return.

Winter Timber Outdoors Shipping Policy
We can ship your outdoor gear and hunting equipment to virtually any address in the United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and certain items cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Firearms and Firearm Parts – International Shipping Restriction Please note: We do not sell or ship firearms or firearm parts outside of the United States. This includes, but is not limited to, barrels, triggers, magazines, and any other components classified as firearm parts under U.S. law. All international orders containing such items will be canceled and refunded.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you select, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please note: It is federal law that all pistols and handguns must be shipped using UPS 2-Day Air. Firearms cannot be shipped to a P.O. box.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary by location and shipping method. Please note: we are not responsible for carrier delays once your outdoor equipment is in transit.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its product detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
