The ETHOS Cordoba Shotgun by Benelli offers a sleek profile and delivers high quality semiautomatic performance. At the heart of the ETHOS Cordoba is Benelli’s own Inertia Driven System. This extremely reliable action is composed of just 3 main parts – the bolt body, inertia spring, and rotating bolt head – and harnesses the inertia of recoil to cycle the next round. This simple, yet robust system eliminates the need to make adjustments, and is able to handle the lightest field loads to heavy magnum shells. The Inertia Driven System prevents residue from entering the action and ensures the gas, smoke, and burnt powder remain in the barrel. This makes the Inertia Driven System run significantly cleaner than gas systems.

The ETHOS Cordoba has also been given the Benelli Surface Treatment (BE.S.T), a rugged coating that protects the external metal components from rust and corrosion. Benelli’s exclusive Comfort Tech 3 recoil reduction system also comes standard, utilizing a series of shock-absorbing chevrons to greatly mitigate felt recoil.
