Kenny Winter, Jr - Owner/CEO
Since 2014, Kenny has always wanted St. Nick's Knives to be more than just a knife store. His dream was to own an outdoor store with a focus on not only hunting gear, ammo, and firearms, but also a strong emphasis on and knowledge of knives. This was something that the majority of outdoor stores lacked, so he created Winter Timber Outdoors. On April 13, 2020, Winter Timber Outdoors opened and became the largest outdoor/firearms store in the area with thousands of rifles, shotguns, and pistols as well as millions of rounds of ammo. When Kenny isn't running his other companies, he can often be found duck hunting with his dog, Gunner, or relaxing at the beach with his family.
Dylan Munroe - Chief Operating Officer
Dylan has been working for St. Nick's Knives/Winter Timber Outdoors since September 2017. He started as a part-time salesman with St. Nick's Knives and began taking on more roles in marketing and purchasing over the years. Dylan has a strong passion for hunting and the outdoors. If he isn't at the store, he is probably sitting in the woods or spending time with his family.
Paige Runnion - Administrative Manager
Paige has been working at Winter Timber Outdoors since January 2023 where she serves as the administrative manager. Before joining the WTO team, she was a teacher for 25 years. In her free time, Paige enjoys boating, fishing, cutting grass, being on the lake, vacationing at the beach, going to Disney World, and all things antiques!
Baylee Tipper - E-Commerce Manager
Baylee has been working for St.Nick's Knives/Winter Timber Outdoors since December 2018. She started as a sales receptionist for St. Nick's Knives. She has a passion for traveling and fitness. Baylee spends most of her free time with family or streaming video games.
Connor Ezzell - Lifestyle Manager (Athens)
Connor has been working at Winter Timber Outdoors since July 2024. In his free time, he enjoys all things outdoors. Connor's passions are hunting, fishing, and shooting.
James Carroll- Accessories Manager (Athens)
James joined Winter Timber Outdoors in September 2024. He hunts small game and whitetail deer with archery and firearms. He is passionate about all things whitetail deer, including food plots, minerals, habitat improvement and deer management.
Jarrod Harrison - Receiving Manager
Jarrod has been with Winter Timber Outdoors since March 2024. He is an outdoor and hunting enthusiast, which is what drew him to this store. He is an avid duck hunter and loves watching his dog, Tuck, work. Jarrod spends most of his free time with his family and coaching sports.
Sparks Cothran - General Manager (Athens)
Sparks has been with Winter Timber Outdoors since July 2024. He is an all-around gun and gear nerd. Whether it's suppressors, thermals, optics, or anything that goes "bang," Sparks loves it. His true passion, however, is predator hunting. When it comes to coyotes, he's killed more dogs than parvo.
