Winter Timber Outdoors 30 Day Return Policy

We accept returns on unused, unaltered products in original packaging with all accompanying manuals, instructions and accessories. Please try on your boots or shoes indoors and with the socks you intend to wear before going outside. Once the tags are removed and the shoes are worn outside, they will not be accepted for a return. Clothing must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with the tags still attached to be eligible for return.
If a product (other than a gun) is defective, we will accept it with a detailed explanation of the defect, subject to validation upon receipt. Guns cannot be returned to Winter Timber Outdoors. Factory New Guns should be returned directly to the manufacturer for warranty claims. Used, obsolete and military surplus guns are sold as is with no express or implied warranty and cannot be returned. Guns refused by the FFL dealer, or which cannot be transferred due to a failed background check, will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Due to safety considerations and legal/regulatory reasons, Ammunition, Suppressors/Silencers, Guns, Gun Powder, Primers, 80% Lower Receivers/Frames, Receiver Blanks, Receiver Flats, Pistol Braces and Treestands may not be returned. For hygiene reasons, underwear and mouth calls may only be returned in new, unused condition. Products requiring fuel or liquids may not be returned once the fuel or liquids have been added (must also be in new, unused condition).

If you choose to opt out of this optional charge at checkout, you can still return your item—but the process will be fully managed by you. That means:

Final sale or clearance items are not eligible for return.

Shipping Policy
We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Firearms and Firearm Parts – International Shipping Restriction
Please note: We do not sell or ship firearms or firearm parts outside of the United States. This includes, but is not limited to, barrels, triggers, magazines, and any other components classified as firearm parts under U.S. law. All international orders containing such items will be canceled and refunded.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. It is federal law that all pistols must be shipped using UPS two-day air. Firearms cannot be shipped to a P.O. box.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
