This cartridge is loaded to M80 specs. That gives it a 147 grain bullet with a gilding metal jacket – not designed to expand like you’d want for deer hunting, but that means you don’t have to pay for a soft point or polymer tip that wouldn’t do anything to a paper target anyway. This round’s 2,665 fps muzzle velocity gives its bullet a flat enough trajectory to pull off those long-distance shots we hear you’re famous for.
Armscor doesn’t put steel in their FMJ bullets, so you don’t have to sneak this 7.62x51 ammo into ranges that prohibit magnetic ammo. Their cases are solid brass as well.
